The process
How this actually works.
Three payments, everything written down, and a working preview you get to look at before you pay the last one. No calls anywhere in it.
The three milestones
The whole thing is $399. It's split into three so you're never far ahead of what you've seen. Your first $99 counts toward the total, it isn't an extra fee on top.
| Milestone | Price | Starts when | What you get |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1. Proof Sprint | $99 | Payment clears and you've sent your product info and assets | A five point teardown, positioning, two hero directions plus a visual direction, a CTA recommendation, page structure, advice on pricing and checkout, and a private preview |
| 2. Full Build | $150 | You've approved step one and the payment clears | The whole responsive landing page on staging, with checkout wired up, success and cancel pages, and basic analytics |
| 3. Final Handoff | $150 | You've looked at the staging build and sent your feedback | One round of changes, final checks, deployment to production, and the source code with docs |
What happens after you send your link
- 1You send your link and answer four questionsTakes about two minutes. Nothing gets booked and nobody calls you.
- 2A written teardown comes back inside 48 hoursSpecific notes about your page, your message, your pricing and the path to checkout. Written for your product, not copied off a checklist. Free, and you're not committing to anything by asking.
- 3If you want to keep going, you get a scope in writingWhat's included, what isn't, the price, when it starts, when it's due, how revisions work, how refunds work. If the scope and this page ever disagree, the scope wins.
- 4Work starts once the payment clearsYou get a written update at least once every working day while a milestone is running, plus a tracker you can check whenever you want.
- 5You see the real thing before paying the last $150A private staging link: desktop and mobile, pricing, the CTA, a checkout test, and the success and cancel pages. Nothing watermarked, nothing deliberately held back.
Why there are no calls
Writing things down keeps the scope clear and the feedback in one place. It also means neither of us has to remember what was agreed three weeks ago, because it's sitting there in writing.
If you'd rather talk it through, send a long message instead. You'll get a proper written answer back with a timeline and a scope, and you can forward it to whoever else needs to see it.
